Terms and conditions

This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Gearbook, provided by TZN Media Services Ltd..

2. Service

Gearbook is an online service for appointment booking with calendar matching for private meetings between adults. Gearbook does not arrange contacts, show profiles or contain erotic content. We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted access. Connections to third-party services depend on their availability.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when you complete the order with the button “Subscribe with obligation to pay” and payment at Stripe succeeds.

4. Price and payment

Use is currently free of charge. If a price is reintroduced we will tell you first; a paid subscription only arises from your order. The regular price is €2.00 per month and is collected monthly in advance via Stripe. We announce price changes at least six weeks ahead in text form; you may cancel until they take effect.

5. Term and cancellation

The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically for another month. You may cancel at any time for the end of the current month, in the dashboard or via “Cancel contracts here”. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

6. Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old. Offering or billing paid sexual services, pornographic content and any use involving minors or without the agreement of everyone involved are prohibited. You alone are responsible for meetings and how they go; Gearbook takes no part in them. You keep your credentials secret and do not use the service unlawfully. You are responsible for data protection towards your guests. We may suspend accounts for serious violations.

7. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

8. Data export and deletion

After the contract ends you can export your data for 30 days. It is then deleted.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
